The Westwood High Alumni Association has taken on the tremendous task of scanning the complete collection of yearbooks for Westwood High. The first yearbook was published in 1946, so there are 63 yearbooks to be scanned. Our goals is to have copies available for anyone who has lost their yearbook. It is a slow process. As of June 2009 we have scanned the following yearbooks

Each yearbook is completely scanned page by page, cover to cover and then converted to a PDF file. These files can not be emailed or put on the website because of their enormous size. An average yearbook is running over 100 MB of data and photos and takes about 20 hours to scan. Some disks contain "extras" such as scans of graduation day programs, class day programs and reunion photos. We scan what people give us. As we scan, we also make copies of photos that could be used on our website.
